One set two looks

 I fell in love with the watering can in this set as soon as I saw it. Here are a couple of cards I made over the weekend. 

 My first one just kind of fell into place for me. After I stamped the watering can I was trying to figure out what color to put behind it. I was digging through my scrap..I save every little piece of paper.. and low and behold..there was this piece of craft already stamped with the woodgrain. It was just ment to be.

 For the second one I had it all layed out and sat and looked at it for a long time. It just wasn't right. So I inked up the edges and it still wasn't right. Okay, it was time to put to use one of the Make It Monday techneques...distressing. That did it...finally. I love how it turned out.

CAS-ual Fridays Challenge #4

I'm back with another challenge card. This time for the CAS-ual Fridays #4...a CAS graduation card. My daughter graduated last year and I made her graduation party invitations. I didn't think I would get to use this stamp set for another four years...haha.
